EARN BC is a project of the British Columbia Federation of Labour (“the Federation”), and our privacy and data collection policies and practices comply with the Personal Information and Privacy Act (“PIPA”) of British Columbia.

The Federation is a non-profit organization and will not use this information for any commercial purpose.

Personal contact information provided to the Federation through the EARN BC website will only be used to communicate with EARN BC members regarding workplace issues, and no personal information will be shared with any other person or organization, except with your explicit consent, unless such disclosure is in accordance with the requirements of PIPA.
